Sleeping up to 10 guests, this retreat offers plenty of space for families or mature groups seeking a serene getaway. Located in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, you’re just a short stroll to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and local shops, combining the best of coastal living with privacy, calm, and comfort

Please Note:
This property is located in a quiet residential setting. Bucks parties, hens parties, schoolies, or similar events are not permitted.
There is no guest access to the garage.
There are two sets of internal stairs in the home.

House Rules
• Located in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. Please respect the peaceful setting at all times.
• Suitable for families and mature guests only.•No bucks parties, hens parties, schoolies, or similar events.
• Guests should keep voices, music, and language respectful and low when using outdoor areas and decks.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM.• Parking: Maximum of three cars — two in the driveway and one on the street.
• There is a granny flat behind the property which may occasionally be occupied by the owners. Main house, pool, and outdoor areas are exclusively for guest use.
• No guest access to the garage.
• Please respect neighbours and property boundaries.

Layout:
The top floor of the home features the master bedroom, complete with its own ensuite for added privacy and comfort.
The middle floor serves as the heart of the home, encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living areas. These spaces seamlessly flow into one another, creating a welcoming hub for gatherings. This floor also includes two additional bedrooms—one with an ensuite—and a combined bathroom and laundry.
The bottom floor offers a second living area, equipped with two single fold-out beds to provide flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. Adjacent to the downstairs living room is the final bedroom, which features a small artists studio with art supplies.
