Classic 2 storey beach-house only 25 mtrs to the beach. Huge new timber deck overlooking the beach and park. 3 double bedrooms, one with new ensuite, 1 rumpus room with 1 set of bunks, maximum sleep 6 adults and 2 kids. New rear deck with hooded BBQ. Top level- Ensuite main bedroom, lounge/dining/kitchen front deck and rear deck.. internal access to Lower level - 2 double bedrooms, rumpus room with 1 set of bunks, bathroom, rear covered patio, front deck. Fabulous views from all living areas and main and 2nd bedrooms., 2nd TV in rumpus room...Free wi-fi...Nespresso coffee machine!! .Hop skip and a jump to the beach!
