Beautiful, gulf front resort. 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and includes two master suites, with large flat screen televisions in each suite as well as in the third bedroom, large living room and master bath! $150,000 of new furnishings, including large, state of the art kitchen and breakfast/dinner table. High ceilings throughout the unit. This is a Hyatt Vacation Club resort, not just a condominium.
Please note that this unit may only be booked for a full week, Saturday through Saturday.
The January 25 and Feb 1, 2025 weeks are gulf front/view.
The February 8 and February 15, 2025 weeks are village view.
The May 17, 2025 week is gulf front/view.
The December 6, 2025 week is gulf front/view.
