The house is a classic Albury double-brick home with air conditioning, an alfresco dining area, a private back courtyard, and a laundry. It’s low-fuss, functional, and full of charm.
This home is one half of a duplex — and conveniently, we own the other half as well. This means the property is peaceful, private, and well looked after. It features three bedrooms with the following bedding configuration: 2 queen beds, 1 king single bed.
Guests have full access to the house and private courtyard. You're welcome to use one side of the driveway for off-street parking, but please leave the other half clear for tenants in the adjoining unit. Additional free street parking is readily available 24/7.

Disabled access bathroom was perfect. Only 1 step at front entry otherwise all level. Some of the heaters didn’t work. Comfortable beds quiet location. Would be nice to have bigger towels. Needs bedside light in 2nd double room. Beautiful old federation building overall a really great stay.
