My work: Interior designer
For guests, I always: Give local tips for WHATEVER you’re into
Pets: Claude & Hans, my Mini Sausage Dogs!
Born in the 70s
Fun fact: I'm adopted
I spend too much time: Watching sport
Most useless skill: Picking >50% of songs inside 8 bars
Favourite song in high school: Love Rears Its Ugly Head - Living Colour
I’m obsessed with: Dogs, design and prose.
Speaks English and Italian

Why they chose this property
Who and what is Fitzroy?
Well, it is a village filled with people like no other. The energy is intoxicating. You never know what wonderful conversations you'll have with a cuppa on the front porch in the sun.
Stepping off the porch, you have a lovely park right behind the house. Condell Reserve is perfect for afternoon picnics, dog rest stops, and kid pandemonium in the super cool playground.
Want someone else to make the food and pour the cold drinks? Step over the road to the Napier Hotel. It is a tiny pub with a lot of heart, history and delicious food.
Need a quick coffee or a slow brunch? Bentwood Cafe, with its striking waffle ceiling, is less than 60 seconds away.
And if you're looking for some architectural history for which Melbourne's first suburb is so famous, look no further than the Fitzroy Town Hall. It's your next-door neighbour.
But if you want to walk more than 100 metres, you're in for a real treat!
Fitzroy has more restaurants, pubs and bars than any other suburb in Melbourne. Leave the car at home and go for an adventure on foot.
Cooking at home? No worries. Go to one of 5 supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, along with a heap of specialist grocers for all persuasions and diets.
Booze? You'll find nine bottle shops on the same walk.
Looking for something to wear that makes you feel fabulous? From basics to boutiques, without major chains, Fitzroy is a shopper's heaven. And there are loads of fabulous vintage shops too.
Music fanatics will love Fitzroy with its diverse live music scene, clubs for everyone, and 7 vinyl shops!
Nothing beats wandering the residential streets amongst the stunning period houses and gardens with a gelato from one of the five local gelato stores.
And you can saunter to the MCG, CBD, Museum and all their beautiful gardens in less than 30 minutes.
You'll love every second of Fitzroy.

What makes this property unique
Welcome to my plant-filled oasis in the heart of Fitzroy. It’s a soulful, light-filled home with vintage character, comfy beds, and a backyard that feels like a hidden retreat. Whether you’re staying for a few days or weeks, it’s an easy space to settle into — peaceful, lived-in, and full of personality.
You’ll find vinyl records, books, and greenery in every corner. The kitchen’s proper (not a token setup), and the open-plan living flows out to the garden — perfect for a quiet coffee or a long lunch. There’s fast WiFi, heating and cooling, and all the little things that make it feel like a home rather than a rental.
Right on the doorstep are Fitzroy’s best cafes, wine bars, and tram lines — but the house is tucked away just enough to escape the buzz when you want to. It’s a home with soul in one of Melbourne’s most walkable, creative neighbourhoods.
