Make yourself at home in this trendy apartment with open living space, stylish finishes, and secure basement parking. Whether you're cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen or relaxing on the balcony, this space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. And just a short walk to Kingston Foreshore.
You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The first bathroom has a shower and toilet while the second bathroom has a shower-bath, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50" Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to local channels as well.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The residential garage provides parking space for one car. Additionally, Giles Street offers 2-hour free street parking.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's nearby park throughout your stay.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
