The house is comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well stocked. Check-in and check-out were very easy and communication from the host was good and response to questions was fast.There is a full-sized bathroom on the second floor adjacent to the 3 bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom - although new and of good size with a large shower - is located in the basement, which may be helpful for future renters to know ahead of time in case that is a concern. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.Scott

House okay. AC malfunctioned . No grab bars in bathrooms , laundry left In dryer . Necessities minimal. Recommend more handrails going upstairs and downStairs as stairs were hard to manipulate.
