For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are nearby, as is a half-bath with pedestal sink.

Up the high-ceilinged wooden staircase featuring scrolled iron railings, are two bedrooms. Viewing the fountain, lagoon and surrounding native landscape, the master bedroom showcases a king-sized bed covered in blue matelasse with an iron headboard, cream toned walls, and a flat screen TV. Its private bathroom holds a spacious granite vanity, white cabinetry with brushed nickel pulls and fixtures, a tub/shower combination and even a wall-mounted blow dryer.

The second bedroom is equally relaxing, with king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a private bathroom nearly identical to the master’s.

There is a swimming pool on-site at Heritage Villas, and this charming, newly renovated villa is only a short bike ride to all of the spectacular offerings of Sea Pines: Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club and the Harbour Town Golf Links.
