SeaPines-Villa 488-Walk to the Beach Club, On-Site Pool, 2 Free Bikes, Pets OK

SeaPines is a very special place and 488 P. Club has a great central location---very close to the on-site pool and beautiful white sand beaches.

Your whole group will enjoy the spacious layout of this well thought out 3 bedroom villa just 1/2 mile from the Sea Pines Beach Club and Club House. All three bedrooms are suites, plus there is an additional half bath on the first floor. Large main level has plenty of new furniture so there is seating for the whole family to gather. The large dining table is perfect for sharing meals, and the kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet and prep space. Gaze out of the sliders to see an amazing golf view of the Heron Pointe Golf Course, especially from the primary bedroom! Your family will appreciate the comfort and nice supply of games and puzzles!

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote.

As with all of our rentals, enjoy two free bikes to explore all of Sea Pines- Harbour Town, South Beach, the forest preserve, and more. All of SeaPines is connected by beautiful, shaded paths. We also include a free fitness center pass, free tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club, free high speed WIFI and much more.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival whenever possible, eliminating the need to wait in line at the security gate.

It was convenient to the Beach Club, golf, and not far from stores. It worked well for our pet. The only issues were the dishwasher that stopped mid-cycle three out of four times and the workers who replaced the balconies on the units in that section that led to our dog barking frequently. Jessica, our host called to warn us that this work was supposed to have taken place previously and apologized for the disturbance, but it did not impact the fun we had with the other couple. We would definitely rent that unit again.

Family vacation to Sea Pines at Hilton Head. Sea Pines is pristine with lots to do, biking, beach, great restaurants, etc. I will definitely go back we all had a great time.

Overall great stay. Good location. Sea Pines is a wonderful area. Townhouse as pictured. Living room carpet has spill stains near kitchen. The door to the primary bedroom balcony says do not open which is unfortunate that’s the best view of the beautiful golf course. However, these items would not stop me from a repeat stay.

Great Villa for family of 5

We absolutely loved this villa for our first visit to HHI...the villa is a little dated but clean and very charming! It is well stocked, has strong A/C during hot days, comfortable beds with lots of room, 3.5 bathrooms...pool is very close and a great location for biking...close to the beach club and Harbour Town...we wished the villa had a grill which it does not and the beach towels and chairs are underwhelming although present...we would have brought our own had we known. Highly recommend this villa and this management duo!

Location was fantastic. Villa was outfitted with everything you need to cook, take to the beach etc. The villa itself needs serious updating. Bathroom floor tile was falling apart. Bathroom cabinets paint all chipped. Fixtures old. Stair railing paint worn off, I could go on. Pictures do not truly represent what the villa was like. It was clean but in serious need of TLC.

Would stay here again

Villa was clean and had personal touches. A few maintenance/cleaning issues that did not affect our stay or opinion of the villa. Rode bikes and walked to beach. They have a shuttle but we had too much stuff for that. It’s an older villa so it can’t be perfect but you can tell owners try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Never have to get in your car

We really enjoyed the ease and accessibility of the villa. We were able to spend the day at the beach (short walk) and then the evenings at the pool after dinner. We did go to the Salty Dog one day and that was fantastic as well. All in all the villa was great for our group of 7. The only thing I could say needs improvement is the dryer-it’s extremely loud and takes a while to dry the clothes. Everything else was perfect! Thank you! I am pretty sure we will be back again.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head!

This was such a great place to stay for our family. We loved that each of the three bedrooms had an attached bathroom. The layout of the condo was awesome and gave everyone their own space and privacy. The kitchen was great for cooking meals after a fun day at the beach. It was well stocked with pots and pans and all needed utensils. We appreciated that there was dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We had a question when we first arrived, and the owner responded right away. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of plush bath towels and even soaps and mini shampoos. The condo was very clean and inviting and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back next year! Thank you to our host for making this such a nice vacation stay!
