Best Views is part of an older apartment block and the exterior does appear slightly dated and is well maintained. It does have amazing views being on the second level. There are 16 stairs required to access this property.
The interior of the apartment was renovated from the original layout and is a lovely, warm and comfortable place to stay. One bedroom overlooks the lake with a queen bed while the other is smaller with a set of single bunks.
An open plan kitchen is equipped with a four hob stove top and oven, plunger coffee, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to cook up a meal and enjoy with a glass of wine while taking in the view.
There is no dinning table in this property.
There is also complimentary Wifi. The apartment has been fitted out to be homely and comfortable for four guests.
The bathroom consist of a vanity, mirror, toilet and enclosed shower. The water pressure is low due to the construction and age of the building yet adequate. Hot water is supplied through a cylinder and is efficient and enough for four guests

Noise from town can sometimes be heard due to the close proximity of the property to the town centre and the main road. Along with the possibility of unexpected noise from traffic the property is part of a complex and sometimes neighbouring units can create noise.
The property has been double glazed for noise reduction and the road has been designed to create very little acoustic noise. The Views and Location are the winning features of this property with the ability to be a perfect base for exploring the city. With a 5 minute walk into town and no need to stress about finding a carpark with one available onsite free of charge.
