Really enjoyed the location. Very spacious home. Management were accommodating and helpful. The perfect size for our family. Seating was great for eating and family room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated the amount of parking available. Obviously not very much snow but still went skiing. Thank you.

Thanks for the great review! Glad the location and spacious layout worked well for your family, and that the kitchen, seating, and parking met your needs. Happy our team could be accommodating. Hope you still got some good runs despite the light snow — you’re welcome back anytime.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
The property itself was gorgeous. No problems with the home at all. This was our first time renting through Great Western, and it will be our last. We had significant problems with checking in and were left standing in the hot sun with a car full of groceries until they could get someone to let us in. It seems that the cleaning people are not thorough as well, but that is no strike against the homeowners. But we do feel that the homeowner should know that the attention to detail is not as it should be for a Home of this price.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the property gorgeous and that the home itself had no problems. I'm sorry that you had an issue with the garage--we responded as quickly as possible and were able to get you in quickly. I'm sorry it wasn't to your expectation. I wish we had known about the other issues during your stay, we would have happily addressed any cleanliness issues you had. We hope you’ll consider staying with Great Western Lodging again so we can earn that 5-star stay.
