We enjoyed our stay. Having two living rooms was great enabling all of us to spread out in different areas. Host was very reaponsive to messages and questions we had.
We loved the home and was a perfect option for our stay with family and friends. Proximity to downtown and bus stops was good for our group. Living spaces made for cozy fires and fun sports event viewing.
We had the most perfect stay at this VRBO. The host was very responsive and the house was beautiful. It was comfortable, roomy, clean, and well stocked with essentials. It is close to Main Street and weather and scenery in the fall is spectacular. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!
We fell in love with Frisco and the were thrilled to be just a short walk from Main St. We took full advantage of the hot tub, well stocked kitchen and grill and in particular enjoyed the upstairs living room. Thank you to Barb for being a communicative and proactive host, we will be back!
Communication excellent.Great house fore kids. Loved all the bike paths throughout town.Great hot tub. Small kitchen but functional.Lots of basic condiments and spices helpful.Kitchen pots and pans could probably use an update.
Keystone, Breck, Vail are all within a 30 min drive so you can visit any of those during your stay with ease. Owner was very good with communication and the property is clean!!

About the host
Hosted by Barb De Kruif
We bought this home in 2006. We have 3 adult children and 10 grandchildren (ages 1 - 25) who love coming up here. I am a native of Colorado and believe that this is one of the best areas in the state as it is only one hour from our Denver home, but is central to 5 ski areas for winter use. We can tell you about our favorite sledding hills and cross county skiing/snow shoeing areas. It is also gorgeous in the summer and has the full amenities of biking, hiking, fishing, and all the activities which Summit County offers.
Why they chose this property
We sometimes pinch ourselves for finding what we think is the perfect location. We have easy access to I-70 and 5 ski areas!! We are just a couple of blocks from Main Street, but are in a nice area with great neighbors. We can walk anywhere, are right by a great park, a beautiful creek, access to the bike path, and have a view!! Frisco is just a delightful, charming and friendly town.
What makes this property unique
When we bought this house, it already had mountain ambience with the pine cabinets and pine trim. In late 2017, we finished a 625 SF addition and significant remodel. We have worked hard to decorate it so that you would feel very comfortable, could relax, and not worry about 'fussy' accents. My parents owned a rental vacation home in the Rocky Mountains for 20 years prior to us buying this home, so we know what we needed to do to accommodate our guests. We take a lot of pride in our home and are just hoping you feel blessed here and that your 'soul' is refreshed and restored. There's just something about the privacy of a home (vs. a condo) and having a two car garage where you can safely store your skis, bikes, fishing poles, or ??? We have never had a negative comment from a guest and have several repeat guests.
