Lovely, cozy home near downtown. All linens are provided (huge plus) and it was doggy friendly for our small dog. Nice, new kitchen. Very good, consistent communication with our host. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. We spent the entire week walking around Chincoteague. Very convenient.The outdoor shower was amazing. All of our guests used it and enjoyed it. As a result we were able to keep sand out of the house.Two bathroom is a definite minimum for 10 guests and the living space was slightly cramped.Overall an excellent vacation rental.
