Located on Marsh Island, you'll have amazing Views of both Black Narrows Channel, the Causeway, and the Chincoteague Channel. As you take the exit for Marsh Island from the Causeway, you'll feel like you're pulling onto your own private island. With only a handful of homes here, you'll love the peace and quiet. All the festivities of Chincoteague Island are mere steps away, but you return to the sweet serenity that only Marsh Island offers. This tiny Island was formerly a Harbor for Commercial Fishermen that was converted to Waterfront Homes. You will experience Views that are simply stunning - 360 degrees of Waterfront Views of the Chincoteague Channel, Historic Main Street, the Bay, Marsh, and of course THE most incredible Sunsets to be found.

Marsh Madness is 3 levels of Waterfront wonderfulness that cannot be beat. As you enter this statuesque home, you’ll be welcomed by warm, beachy flooring, reminiscent of a stroll on the Boardwalk - kick off your flip flops and let the fun begin! On the 1st floor, you’ll find Bedrooms 1 and 2, along with an awesome Family Room, Full Bath, and Laundry Room. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed and a tropical feel, with soothing coral and aqua. Bedroom 2, on the other side of the Family Room, has a Pyramid (Twin over Full Futon) Bunk and a workstation for checking emails or some virtual learning. The gorgeous Full Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo.

The Family Room on the 1st Floor is a great place to curl up with a good book, or perhaps have family game night, and there are 2 Twin Sleeper Chairs. Slip out to the Waterfront Balcony to take in that salty, sweet bay breeze - the views are astonishing, to say the least. You’ll love gazing out over the Oyster Beds - so fun watching the Watermen harvesting our famous Oysters at low tide. Or, slip out to the Pier to try your hand at Crabbing!

As you wander upstairs, you’ll be greeted by more amazing water views. The Living Area and Kitchen are beyond stunning. With colors pulled from nature itself, it feels warm and cozy, yet sleek and modern. The Kitchen will wow the Chef in your family - you’ll be well-stocked with all you need to prepare everything from a quick Breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Dine in the comfort of the AC, or on the Waterfront Deck overlooking the Channel.

You’ll love sinking into the comfy Living Room furnishings and enjoying Flat Screen Streaming TV and Free WiFi. You may not even notice the TV, however, with a wall of windows to the water. Marsh Madness has some of the prettiest views we’ve ever seen, and just wait until you experience a sunset here. Enjoy a cocktail at the Bar, then slip into the Home Theater - that’s right, Marsh Madness has its own Home Theater complete with reclining Stadium Seating! Also on this floor is Bedroom 3, with a Twin Bed and Private Half Bath.

Finally, on the 3rd floor, wow - this Master Bedroom! Adorned in nautical navy and warm grays, and with a Fireplace for cozy off-season stays, it is spectacular. Just imagine waking to these incredible views each precious vacation day! Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch Herons, Egrets, and Pelicans fish for their morning meal. The Master Bath is spa-like with Custom Tile and an Open Concept Walk-in Shower.
