Welcome to Isola Gerroa — the ultimate Luxury Waterfront Escape
This stunning two-level residence is the perfect retreat for multi-family getaways. Boasting luxury finishes and amenities including infinity pool/hot spa, sauna, fireplace and upstairs hot tub all overlooking the crashing waves and pristine sands of Seven Mile Beach. Isola's beautifully curated interiors are a nod to the Mediterranean way of life, and allow the space to be sophisticated and luxurious, yet playful and relaxed.
The Space:
Thoughtfully designed with fully separate living (lounge/kitchen/dining/laundries) upstairs and downstairs. Suitable for extended family getaways or to accomodate a family upstairs (King room, 4 bunk room) and 2 smaller families downstairs (King room, Queen room, 4 bunk room).
The Neighborhood:
Whether it's long Summer days at the beach or by the pool, or in Winter with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the beach from the hot tub or cosying up by the fireplace - Isola is a place to unwind, where time slows, for lasting memories with loved ones by the sea.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, there is only 3 car spaces that can fit on the driveway. ALL other cars must park on surrounding streets.
Please note there is a building site next door to the house. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.

We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask that there be no music played after 9:00 PM
