Relax with the family at this peaceful property situated in quiet location of only 2 Units. Comfortable townhouse close to Reddall Reserve - Lake Illawarra, Windang & Warilla Beach's & foreshore. Large playground, BBQ areas, swimming at a family friendly location only a short walk.
2 car garage with remote for guests use. Large Split System air-conditioning in loungeroom and separate one main bedroom. Courtyard to sit and enjoy time just relaxing or for family time.
