Location was good but few too many steps for the older ladies. Didn’t realise when booked there were 20 steps to lug our luggage up stairs. Then another 20 to get up to top bedroom. TVs had no reception in bedrooms. Only one recliner worked on lounge. Outside fridge didn’t work. Wasn’t the cleanest house I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfy and had good showers. Would rate in 5 out of 10.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed the location and found the beds and showers comfortable. The home is a multi-level property and the stairs are shown in the listing photos, although we appreciate they may have been more difficult than expected for the older members of your group. You did contact us about the outdoor fridge during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. However, we weren’t made aware of the issues with the bedroom TVs, recliner or cleanliness until after your departure. Had we known about these during your stay, we would have been very happy to address them at the time. We take these comments seriously and will have each of these items checked. Thank you for your feedback.
