Damage, Theft, and Costs
Aruma Stays reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card on file for:
● Repairs or replacement of damaged property (e.g., furniture, appliances).
● Lost or stolen items during your stay.
● Non-compliance with the non-smoking policy (Additional cleaning charge: $100).
Additional charges:
● Lost keys: $150
● Lost access fob: $150
● Emergency call-out (outside working hours): $150
● Excessive cleaning: $30/hour
● Late check-out: $35/hr
