Boca Raton stay

Overall the stay here was okay, but was not how it is pictured online. The AC in the house will automatically go back to 76 which in south Fl in July was extremely hot inside. There was broken glass in the outdoor kitchen area, the bricks lining the pool were broken and if stepped on would fall through, there are holes of missing brick under the carpet where the lounging chairs are, the light inside the pool was completely broken and hanging out into the water, just a huge safety hazard all the way around.

I'm very sorry that you found a broken piece of glass outside. My cleaning crew is usually very attentive to detail, but it appears this was unfortunately missed. I sincerely apologize for the oversight. The thermostat is set to 76°F because we have guests checking in and out frequently, and everyone has different temperature preferences. You're welcome to adjust it during your stay to a temperature that's comfortable for you. Regarding the pool, repairs are scheduled to begin in mid-September. Unfortunately, we weren't able to start the work sooner because we have existing reservations that we need to honor. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it, as it helps us continue improving the experience for our guests.
