annonce non conforme à la réalité

très déçu par la location ! ménage ni fait ni à faire, lave vaisselle en panne et intérieur très sale, 1 seule casserole de 16 cm de diamètre ( j'ai racheté une casserole) 3 bols... pour une location pour 4, barbecue inutilisable en l'état, plancha à nettoyer avant de s'en servir, salon de jardin à nettoyer à la brosse avant de s'assoir : fiente d'oiseaux ++ sur les coussins. Housse de couette déchirée. Les WC sont indépendants mais "dans la salle de bain"... Ampoules grillées dans la pièce de vie et dans l'escalier, on nous a apporté des ampoules pour les changer. Contact avec le propriétaire uniquement par texto, très étonné par mes remarques, jamais de vive voix !! Il n'a pas souhaité recevoir les photos que j'avais prise. Dommage, la location est bien située

- le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et était très sale - le lave linge était rempli de linge sale - les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas - il n'y avait pas d'éclairage dans l'escalier - Mauvaise évacuation du bac de douche(eau stagnante, très désagréable et non hygiénique) Par conséquent nous vous demandons de bien vouloir faire un geste commercial car les prestations fournies ne correspondaient pas à celles proposées sur l'offre. Dans l'attente d'une réponse favorable. Cordialement
