Looking for a chill spot the whole crew will love? Twilight Haven is your go-to family cottage between Kincardine and Inverhuron. Splash at the beach, play yard games, bike the trails, or roast marshmallows under the stars.

INSIDE:
Walk through the front door and you’ll be greeted by the soft hum of quiet, the smell of fresh pine, and a warm, open space filled with natural light. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for casual breakfasts, pancake flipping, and planning your next beach adventure around the big island. The dining table seats six — perfect for family meals and late-night card games.

The living room invites you in with two cushy couches and the gentle glow of the electric fireplace. This is where you’ll gather for movie marathons, rainy day laughs, or just to unwind after a beach day. There’s even a dedicated games and puzzle table, always ready for a new challenge or quiet bonding time.

OUTSIDE:
The back patio is your home base for relaxation and connection. You can start your morning with coffee on the “honeymoon deck”, sneak in a nap in the hammock, or cozy up with a book on the outdoor couch shaded by an umbrella.

When it’s time to eat, fire up the gas BBQ and gather around the 4-person patio table for easy family meals. The kids (and kids-at-heart) can run free in the yard, challenge each other to a game of ladderball, or chase the dog under the trees. As night falls, light the firepit, toast marshmallows, and let the conversation drift under the stars.

NOTE: 2 min walk to Lake access and approx. 25 stairs to the beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

Linens are available for $20/per person.. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor camera.
Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund.

EXPLORE KINCARDINE/INVERHURON

You’re in the sweet spot — just two minutes from the beach (yes, really!), and a five-minute drive to Kincardine. Stop in town for fresh donuts, explore the lighthouse, or let the kids loose at the splash pad.

Want to stretch your legs? You’re near Stoney Island Conservation Area with trails that wind through trees and along the water. Hop on the bike path right near the cottage and ride straight into Kincardine.

2-minute walk to the beach

5-minute drive to Kincardine: Quaint downtown, lighthouse, restaurants, splash pad, museums

Stoney Island Conservation Area: 6 km of scenic hiking and biking trails

Inverhuron Provincial Park: Trails, nature, and adventure just down the road
