Worst experience ever! You think when you make a reservation that the property is clean and ready for you, especially after travelling for several hours. NOPE, not with this rental!! We arrived to find the place under renovation, paint brushes all over, thick smell of paint, beds in complete disarray. We called the host and after us sending him of the current status he said it wasn’t his problem and said we had to deal with VRBO and hung up the phone and later never replied to any further messages. We called VRBO and after several days still no response to our request for a full refund. Since we couldn’t stay there at all we had to scramble and find alternative accommodations. Worst experience ever and still dealing with it!!
