The Space: Perrys North by Tiny Away is in the small village of Forth, just a 10-minute drive from Devonport. Surrounded by vineyards and wine-tasting experiences, and nearby attractions like the Tasmanian Arboretum, Mersey Bluff Lighthouse, Gunns Plains Caves, Hellyers Road Distillery, and Leven Canyon.
The nearby Forth Bridge Hotel, with its bottle shop, is just a short walk away. Explore Wilmot Road for a scenic drive to Cradle Mountain and Tasmania's Wild West Coast—perfect for nature enthusiasts and adventurers.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
For a traditional touch, there’s an “Outback Flushing Toilet” outside the tiny house. It’s connected to a septic system and offers full privacy.
