Hi Gregory, Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback following your stay at Elevated Tranquility. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the presence of an onsite tenant. We understand that discovering this upon arrival was not what you expected when booking a "whole house," and we regret that this detail felt buried in the description. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are taking steps to make this information significantly more prominent in our listing to ensure future guests have a clear understanding of the property layout before booking. We are also sorry to hear that the Wi-Fi instructions provided prior to your arrival were out of date. We are glad the in-house QR code was helpful, and we have updated our digital guides to ensure this is corrected for future stays. Additionally, we appreciate your comments regarding the comfort of the lounge furniture; we will be reviewing this to ensure the property meets the high standards we aim for at this price point. We truly value your honesty and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Kind regards, The Hello Queenstown Team
