Set on a picturesque working cattle farm, this charming stone cottage invites you to unwind in peaceful seclusion. Tucked away 500 meters down a winding dirt driveway, the cottage offers a sense of privacy and tranquility, perfect for an escape from the bustle of everyday life. With three cozy bedrooms, this retreat comfortably sleeps six guests, making it ideal for family getaways or small group gatherings.

Inside, a newly renovated bathroom and a crackling indoor fireplace create a warm, inviting atmosphere for winter nights, while the spacious outdoor areas beckon for fun in the sun. Gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing, or enjoy a game on the lawn as children explore the wide-open spaces of the farm. *Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
