Mundoo Waters—Tranquil Waterfront Haven with Jetty
With a calm waterfront scenery and breezy open spaces, this inviting island retreat captures the essence of easy South Coast living.
The main living area centres around a crackling combustion fireplace, where generous sofas and soft natural light create a relaxed hub for gatherings. A large TV and split system air conditioning ensure comfort in every season, while the rear lounge offers an extra zone for quiet reading beside the dining area. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for effortless holiday cooking, including an electric cooktop, oven, coffee pod machine, and essential pantry items. A spacious dining table seats eight, framed by windows that open to the water beyond.
Outdoors, life slows down under the expansive patio—designed for all-day living, complete with a BBQ, gas pizza oven, and an outdoor TV. As the sun dips low, light the fire pit or share a drink on the deck while pelicans glide by. Kayaks, paddle boards, and a private jetty invite endless connection with the water, while the shed’s table tennis and air hockey tables offer fun for all ages.
The first and second bedrooms each feature a queen bed and built-in storage, while the third bedroom includes two sturdy bunk beds—perfect for kids or friends. The bathroom is fresh and functional, and a separate laundry with a washer adds practicality for longer stays.
All linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Up to two small dogs are welcome with prior approval. $75 pet fee applies. Please note that fencing is not secure—dogs must not be left unattended.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require either.
Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
