This cozy duplex features a bright airy living space with a comfortable sofa and armchair. Fully equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a 50 inch smart TV as well as multiple board games and books.

It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 single beds.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and space to hang clothes etc.

There is also a rumpus room with a fold out double sofa bed.

The place is most suitable for 4ppl with 2 comfortable bedrooms but can accommodate max. 6 with use of the sofa bed in the spare room.

The property has two renovated bathrooms with showers and laundry facilities. We provide body wash and laundry detergent.

The indoor dining table can seat 6 people and the large outdoor deck features a Weber gas BBQ and the outdoor dining table seats 8ppl +

The property also has a recently added fire-pit with firewood provided. BYO kindling and fire starters.

Other things to note:

We are happy to welcome dogs in our property, however we prefer if you keep them out of bedrooms and off the furniture.

There is a huge backyard and undercover deck area for the dogs to enjoy!

Please do not leave the dog alone in the house.
