Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating & air conditioning throughout, plus a large Smart TV in the lounge for relaxed nights in.

You’ll have exclusive use of both the main house and the cabin, the entire property is yours (we do not rent them out separately, the cabin is included with the house). Set on a spacious, private block, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests across both dwellings.

The house features two light-filled bedrooms with double beds, two stylish bathrooms, two large comfortable living areas with sofas, a dining space, fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry room, plus a covered deck with a bi-fold servery window, perfect for easy coastal living.

The cabin features a generous bedroom with a third double bed, a modern bathroom, and a cosy living area with a corner sofa, perfect for unwinding or remote work. There’s a well-equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, and a private covered deck to relax outdoors.

Why they chose this property

We chose Mornington because it offers the best of both worlds, it’s close enough to Melbourne for an easy getaway, but feels like a proper coastal escape. With cafés, beaches, bush walks, and wineries all nearby, it’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down. There’s always something happening, but it never feels crowded.

What makes this property unique

The space is relaxed, practical, and well-suited to families or small groups. You’ll have the house and cabin to yourselves, ideal if you’re travelling with friends or extended family. The block is large, private, and fully fenced (so dogs are welcome), and there’s plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re cooking together, lounging on the deck, or heading down to the beach.
