- This single-story home requires exterior stairs to enter
- Community amenities are available for an additional $30 per person, which includes access to the outdoor pool when it’s in season. The indoor pool is available year-round at a rate of $13 per visit for adults, $10 per visit for children ages 3–10, and free for children 3 and under. It is paid to Hot Springs Village upon arrival
- A portable crib and high chair are available upon request
- The community outdoor pool is currently closed for the season, and the community indoor pool is undergoing maintenance
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front of the home facing the main entrance. Camera 2 is located inside the garage facing the door to enter the house. Camera 3 is located on the side of the home facing the back gate. Camera 4 is located on the rear patio facing the back door. These cameras do not look into any of the home’s interior spaces. The cameras continuously record video and sound when activated by motion
