Très bel appartement!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement! C’était très propre et bien équipé peut-être à l’exception du frigo qui était en fin de vie, ne refroidissait pas assez ou gelait les aliments placés dans le bas mais la propriétaire l’a pris en note et nous a dit qu’elle ferait le nécessaire.
L’appartement est très bien situé dans le secteur La Favière, le secteur est calme et très familial. Le parking privé a été très apprécié mais assurez-vous d’avoir une petite voiture car c’est serré dans le box! Nous avons eu des sueurs froides les premiers jours! Mais on s’habitue! Pour référence une Peugeot 3008 entrait très bien si tous les passagers sortent avant…
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et les chaises de plage fournies, c’était parfait!
Le seul petit point négatif est le fait qu’on doit nous mêmes faire le ménage au départ… En tant que Canadiens, nous ne sommes pas habitués à cette formule, j’ai essayé de voir avec la propriétaire pour payer un ménage professionnel mais ce n’était pas disponible. Il faut donc prévoir le temps pour le faire, c’était un stress supplémentaire surtout pour nous avec 3 enfants dans les pattes! La propriétaire est cependant très sympathique et elle m’a dit qu’elle compléterait.
Encore une fois, ce fut un excellent séjour et je recommanderais cet appartement à la famille et les amis assurément!

Effectivement, vous étiez dans un location meublée classée 2 étoiles.
Le frigo a été acheté en juin 2015.
Il n'est utilisé que l'été.
Il y a une mollette pour régler la fraîcheur.
Elle avait été montée au maximum et le réfrigérateur avait du gel.
Ce réfrigérateur est un modèle basique mais il n'est pas en fin de vie.
C'est bien de nous faire part de vos observations pour s'améliorer.
