Beautiful, bright, sunny house Domaine du Gaou Bénat with panoramic sea views

A natural stone path with 50 steps leads up to your holiday paradise above the sea. Nature-embedded house with large living / dining room (40m2) and new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 4-5 beds, nice bathroom and separate toilet. 2 additional sleeping options on the sofa bed in the living room. Renovated in 2014 with great attention to detail in building biology.

Magnificent panoramic views of the sea and the coast, 5 minutes to the beach (back 10 minutes). Attention: the house is not suitable for small children under 3 years due to the high terrace wall above the garden.

The private peninsula with natural development on which the house is located is located away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. So you can really enjoy the peace and the beaches (sand, rocks). Bathing and snorkeling in the azure sea from May to October. Hiking and nature observation all year round in the landscape conservation area within walking distance.

A protected environment for children with almost no traffic. In July / August many families and lively business with a beach restaurant. Quiet out of season, storms and wild nature in winter. The house is habitable all year round with a wood stove in the living room, radiant heaters in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Radiation-reduced operation (mains switch, WLAN can be switched off) is possible for sensitive people.

Le Lavandou with many shops, promenade and beaches and the idyllic mountain village of Bormes-les-Mimosas are 5 km away. Next. Tropez is about 50 minutes and Hyères about half an hour. Many sights and excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

Ideal for families or couples looking for relaxation. Pure relaxation and enjoyment. The slope requires some physical fitness.

We have loved our stay. The house was beautifully located with an amazing view. The house was spacious for our little family and the kitchen was very well equiped. Communication with the owner was smooth. In winter months a bit cold but the wood stove was easy to turn on. We had a fantastic stay.

Ein schönes Haus, gut geschnitten und aufgeteilt, und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Phantastischer Blick auf das Meer, an dem wir uns nicht sattsehen konnten. Außerdem sehr ruhig, in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, umgeben von Korkeichen und Feigenbäumen, wunderbar für alle, die abseits vom Trubel Ferientage verbringen wollen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt, immer zugewandt und freundlich!

Excellente séjour au Gaou Bénat chez monsieur Bahner. La vue est splendide, la terrasse très agréable et la maison est simple mais confortable. Idéal pour le repos, les Ballades et le bain de nature.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus und können nur Gutes berichten! Es ist Alles da, was man so braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Cote d‘Azur

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft, welche eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer bietet, die jeden Morgen und Abend ein Highlight war. Kurze allerdings etwas steilere Wegstrecke zu einer kleinen Bucht, inmitten eines wunderschönen privaten Geländes Cap Beñat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bel emplacement dans cadre privilégié

Location bien placée dans un très bel environnement. Le logement est fonctionnel et la procédure d'arrivée / départ très simple. Accès à la plage très facile à pied. Seul petite remarque à savoir est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, quelques ventilateurs supplémentaires seraient appréciés, mais globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour !

Fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse des Hauses auf das Mittelmeer; die Schlafzimmer und das Bad des Haus selber haben Renovierungsbedarf und im Sommer wäre eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest Ventilatoren unter den Decken hilfreich; die Strände der Anlage und der Beachclub sind perfekt, das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet klassische sehr gute französische Küche

Vue magnifique

Bon séjour dans cette maison typique du Gaou Bénat, rénovée avec tout le confort nécessaire. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire et avec la conciergerie. Les produits de base sont sur place et c'est très agréable. Le poêle à bois est appréciable en hiver, le bois est fourni (c'est le seul moyen de chauffage du salon). L'annonce pourrait peut-être préciser que la maison est entourée de maisons voisines de chaque côté, mais comme nous connaissions le domaine, nous l'avions vu sur les photos. C'est un endroit idéal l'hiver pour faire de belles randos puis se réchauffer au coin du feu !

Anders als erwartet

Die Lage des Objekts ist wirklich besonders, nämlich besonders schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche, was den Umfang angeht, ist sehr gut. Die Qualität lässt an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig, beispielsweise haben 50 % der Dessertteller Macken, also sind schadhaft. Das ist prinzipiell alles kein Problem und das fehlende Internet, bzw. das vom Vermieter im Vorfeld angekündigte Fehlen eines Routers (allerdings mit Option zur Übernahme der Zusatzkosten für zugebuchtes Internet,) sowie das ebenfalls angekündigte Loch in der Zimmerdecke, durch das es bei Regen durchsickert, haben wir hingenommen. Aber, da gab es noch zwei defekte Nachttischchen, einen löchrigen Vorhang und vor allen Dingen viel alten Dreck, vom Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche einmal abgesehen. Bei einem Objekt in dieser Preiskategorie sind wir einfach einen anderen Standard gewöhnt. Auf Grund der Beschreibung im Netz und der Bewertungen hätte man anderes erwartet. Da sollte man als Vermieter vielleicht mal die Putzkolonne auf Trab bringen. Für 130 Euro Reinigung sollte es anders aussehen. Dennoch sind die Lage des Objekts und der Blick aufs Meer einzigartig und haben uns versöhnt.

Très bon séjour au Gaou Benat

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans la villa Lou Pins. La maison est particulièrement adaptée à une petite famille avec ses chambres fraîches, sa terrasse, ses aménagements neufs et les petites attentions des propriétaires qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous.

Nettoyage médiocre : housse de lit et oreillers sales et pas de change dispo. Transats cassés.

Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour à Lou Pin. Les photos du site ne reflètent pas la réalité de la prestation. A notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire 2 heures de ménage et des lessives. Toiles d'araignée, poussières, saleté, housses de lits et oreillers tachés, plein de sable et aucun change propre disponible. La nappe pour la table extérieure était pliée sale, tachée. J'ai même dû monter moi-même le bac d'aspiration de l'aspirateur ! Nous avons payé des frais de ménage, c'est vraiment scandaleux ! Côté prestation : pas d'éclairage dans la chambre du fond, une table de chevet cassée, pas d'ampoule pour les lampes de chevet, un ventilateur sur 2 cassé, et des transats cassés sur la terrasse. Les chaînes TV sont en allemand et il est impossible de les modifier. Impossible également de se connecter au Wi-Fi ! C'est un manque de sérieux et il est inadmissible de payer ce prix là pour des prestations si médiocres ! Si vous le désirez, je tiens à disposition des photos prises à notre arrivée. Habituée aux réservations sur votre site, à l'avenir je me méfierai et privilégierai d'autres sites de réservations plus fiables. C.C

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das ist ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer super Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sollten vorab genau geklärt werden. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch etwas Luft nach oben (vielleicht sind wir da aber auch einfach zu pingelig?!) - deswegen der Punktabzug in der Gesamtbewertung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
