About this property
Bright & Airy Beach House – Bay Views, Wraparound Deck & Room to Unwind
A true island retreat—full of warmth, charm, and the easy pace of life by the sea. Tucked along the bay on 9 quiet acres, this home evokes the feeling of summers past: morning light in the kitchen, breezes through open windows, and slow evenings on the deck. With vintage details, room to gather, and nature all around, it’s a place to reconnect—just like coming home. Fire pit, beach access, and PEI’s best beaches nearby.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, ideal for families or 2-3 couples traveling together. There are two spacious primary bedrooms, each with a king bed and peaceful views. A third bedroom—perfect for kids—features one queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area and cozy living space, with large windows that catch the breeze. Step out onto the wraparound deck to sip your morning coffee, read a book, BBQ, or simply take in the view of the bay.
Outside, you’ll find the kind of space that invites you to slow down. Wander through the gardens, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, or stroll down to the shoreline just a short walk away. The beach is great for skipping rocks or catching a peaceful moment by the water. Evenings often end with sunsets that light up the sky in every shade of pink and orange—best enjoyed from the deck or around the fire.
Though it feels tucked away, you're only 5-10 minutes from some of PEI’s most beautiful beaches (Cabot Park, Twin Shores, Thunder Cove), as well as local shops, restaurants, and amenities. It’s a peaceful location that lets you enjoy the best of both worlds: quiet countryside charm with easy access to all the island has to offer.
Whether you're here for a family vacation, a quiet couples’ getaway, or a reunion with old friends, this home offers a comfortable, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the natural beauty of Prince Edward Island.
We’re happy to share this special place with you and are always available & live next door if you have questions, need local recommendations, or just want to know the best spot to grab a lobster roll.
Guests have full access to the entire home and surrounding yard—it’s a private, fully detached house with its own entrance and lots of space to relax and roam. The wraparound deck, fire pit, gardens, and shoreline access are all yours to enjoy.
We do live on the property in a separate, private home next door, and we’re happy to help out if anything comes up. Otherwise, we’ll give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.
Please note that we share a driveway, and with over 9 acres of grass to mow, you may occasionally spot us or our (t)rusty tractor out and about keeping things tidy. We do our best to keep any yard work low-key and non-intrusive.
