Condo was exactly as described. It was in a very convenient area close to grocery stores including Costco, outlet mall and some restaurants. Pool area was beautiful and always kept extremely clean.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We have hosted many guests at our apartment and have not previously had concerns regarding finding or arriving at the complex, so we were surprised to hear about the difficulty you experienced. It is possible there may have been some miscommunication with the driver regarding the location. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will review the arrival information we provide to guests and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the directions and instructions are as clear as possible for future visitors. We always do our best to provide our guests with a comfortable stay and clear communication, and we are sorry that this part of your experience was frustrating.

We usually stay in resorts and hotels, but this was the first time we stayed in a condo. We had dental treatment and wanted to stay close to the clinic. We had a nice stay and kids loved the pool. The condo was nice, gated community with security, area was safe and within reach to malls and supermarkets. The host Roni was in constant touch with me and the concierge.
