The unit was lovely and next to the river trail, shuttle bus and within easy walking distance to town. There were a few maintenance issues that affected our stay.
Great location. Overall, the condo was nice. However, the blinds covering the windows don’t work properly and need to be replaced.

Great location. However, unit was very crowded due to very large and excess furniture plus large stuffed bear in living room. Couldn't enjoy balcony due to huge stuffed bear with bird nest on top. A lot of cobwebs, missing light bulbs. Picture is very deceiving re overall space!
This property is perfect for a summer trip to Telluride. Very comfortable and all activities are within walking distance. Loved it.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The communication was very poor. It seems there's AI handling it. Our vehicle didn't fit in the garage and it says to contact your 'Operations Manager' to relay your parking information for the oversized lot however, after multiple ways to ask for that info, we never received it and could never get the answer which was very frustrating. The canned response I got from the 'host' was "I can't provide that information but I'll let them know you're looking for it". Like what? I'm just asking you who is my Operations Manager to get relay my parking info so we don't get towed as it's marked everywhere that you could be towed. So frustrating.Additionally, there is SO MUCH furniture in this place, it's quite crowded to move around in. Other than that, you can't beat the location (if you can figure out where to park, lol) Wish the communication would have been better. Also, couldn't get the ski locker to lock.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration with communication and parking. We understand how stressful that situation must have been. Our team did not receive an inquiry about parking, but we’ll work to make garage clearance details clearer in the future. We also appreciate your input on the furnishings and ski locker, and we’ll review these with the owner. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and will use your comments to improve future stays.

Comfortable and roomg
We loved our stay in Telluride. This place was the perfect size for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the gathering areas fit all of our activities. It was clean and well stocked. Some older finishes in home but it fit our needs. We loved the proximity to the river walk and everything we needed to get to in town.

Great location. Easy to walk on River Trail through Telluride and close stop on the free shuttle. Good space. Need more parking spaces for a house that sleeps 6. We needed more keys and the local manager got them for us. Very helpful.

Great location -does not sleep 7
The unit has a terrible layout. It looks like in the ad that there are double beds. They are all twin beds except one double. The only way to sleep 7 is on the couch. There are only 2 bathrooms. Sharing a bathroom with 4 adults means no privacy. The location is perfect-right in the middle of beautiful Telluride

Thank you for your review, Robin. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, as well as any personal touch you found lacking. Moving forward, our local staff has taken immediate action and addressed your concerns so that we can prevent any further issues in the future. Thank you again for this valuable information as we always welcome the opportunity to improve. We understand how disappointing it was that the home was in this condition upon your arrival. Please know we strive to provide every guest with a relaxing stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you on a future stay.
Overall the location is very good. Very convenient to skiing and the town. As far is this particular unit, the constructive criticism I'd offer to the landlord would be the following: 1.Supply more paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues etc.) 2. Replace the frying pans. All of the non stick pans had been torn up by renters cooking with forks and metal spatulas. 3. The dining area is tiny, remove the large round table and credenza and put in a rectangular table with a bench and chairs.
The unit is a little dated and that doesn't show in the pictures. That being said, you can't beat being able to walk about 50 steps and be on a lift.

Great location--broken appliances
The condo is in a great location to walk to town and access hikes. Overall, the condo was clean and had basic bathroom/kitchen extras. We were disappointed to find out that the washing machine did not work as water poured out of the front door of the unit. After three days, we learned from the vacasa appliance tech that the washer/dryer was too old to repair and would need to be replaced. Similarly, the dishwasher had a broken top shelf and would not turn on to start a normal load of dishes. Great location, spacious and comfortable for our group of three, but unacceptable in the basic appliances department.

Thank you for your review and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced during your stay with us. Our local team strives to provide every one of our guests with the best vacation possible. We are so sorry if our standards were not met during your time with us. We have forwarded your concerns to our local team to take actions with it. We do hope we will have another chance to host your stay next time.
I’ll start with the positives regarding the condo. It was in a great location. The lift is right in front of the condo. There were plenty of towels although the kitchen needs a couple more hand towels. Dishwashing soap, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner and washing soap are provided. It was nice not having to purchase all those. It’s easy access to town as well. Now for the negatives.
The condo is extremely outdated and could really use a face lift. The outdatedness makes it feel dirty some how, especially the carpet in the upstairs bathroom. The master bath that connects to the other bedroom upstairs has a broken toilet lid, a shower head that constantly dripped, mildew in the caulking at the bottom of the shower and a shower that didn’t drain well.
The living room and kitchen are much smaller than the picture looks but it was okay for 6 of us.
Our ski trip was great but I will not return to this condo.
Overall, this is a 5 star mainly for the location, check in process, and communication. There were a few minor things, but overall this is a great condo. I would absolutely stay here again.
My group was 4 guys (mid-fifties) and we had plenty of space. Living room is too small for 6 adults comfortable, unless kids (family of 6 would be perfect).
Location, Location, Location. Lift 7 is right outside your window. You cannot get closer!! However, this lift does NOT support any "green runs" so you need to be an intermediate skier (or more) to ski the trails back to condo. Telluride Trail takes you right to the condo, which also has a locker at the end of the trail. Or you could take the free gondola down and walk (7 or 8 minutes). The gondola also gives access to village at night. Easy walk to town (several restaurants/bars and grocery store) all walkable. No need for a car.
Beds are comfortable and room sizes are fine. 4 of the 5 beds are singles and only one double (or maybe it was a queen).
Hot tubs were not far to walk. The hot tub experience was ok, but not fantastic. These hot tubs are on the older side, and are ones that people buy for their houses, not for a condo complex. I think the complex should invest in this (not the condo owner's fault). It was adequate for a hot soak after skiing.
I had mentioned to the owner that they may need to invest in some upgrades in the kitchen, but everything worked.
Fireplace?? Not sure, but it looked nice.

True ski in/ski out
Plenty of room in condo.
All beds were comfortable. Different thicknesses of pillows for options was great.
Great shower water pressure.
Comes with outdoor ski locker.
Locker & unit is right next to the 7 chair lift.
Everything is within walking distance; no need for a car. The gondola into Mountain Village runs (free) until midnight. We took a shuttle from Montrose airport so we did not use the garage.
The refrigerator was extremely cold & froze our fruits and lettuce. Also one of the stove burners would not turn off. A fire hazard for sure. Eventually we managed to get it to turn off.
The TV is set up for all the online apps in the main living area. WiFi worked great.
Walk into town along the mountain stream was great. Street sidewalks were easily accessible too.
Hot tubs (2) were a short walk away and were in good working order.
Also like that there are bins for recycling across from hot tubs.
I would stay here again.

Great location
Fantastic location close to the lifts, to everything in town, walking distance to the gondola. The company is easy to work with and had everything ready.
Overall the property was very nice. The only complaint was that the small beds could have been more comfortable. However, the master bed and pull out couch were very comfortable. Also the heater was hard to figure out. But these paled in comparison towards the location and overall comfort of the property.
