Recently refreshed, Spiral Stairs 4A&B is a comfortable and perfectly located three-bedroom, two-bath condominium in the Gondola Corridor! Spiral Stairs features a fully equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with a King, a private second bedroom with a King and en suite bathroom, and a Captain's bunk in the third bedroom. The master bedroom has a Smart TV for all your streaming needs, and there are brand new blue tooth speakers in each bedroom. Please note Spiral Stairs #4 is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Easy access to Telluride's attractions and affordability make this a perfect choice for the budget-minded traveler. The Gondola and Lift 8 base is an easy flat block walk. Looking for a restaurant or want to shop in Town? Main Street is two short blocks from the condo. The living room has wonderful views of the end of the box canyon, and the unit has an eclectic ambiance. The condo has cable tv, a coin-operated laundry room in the building, and covered parking. This property was better than advertised! Great location, 2 blocks from Main Street and 1 block from the Gondola. Extremely close to the park, with multiple hikes right out the front door. Will definitely stay again!

Summer in Telluride

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and well equipped. Walking distance to gondola, trails and shops & restaurants! Wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit. But would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay there again!

Excellent location to restaurants and Gondola. Well stocked with towels and every imaginable kitchen item. However the laundry is in the courtyard and we never found a key or code, sink was leaking, had to clean trap in dishwasher with foul smell and lots of dust under the beds.

Beautiful Tellluride

Views from the living room couldn't be beat, the condo was clean and the location was superb. The condo was also well stocked. If you want to do laundry, you'll need to use the condo's community laundry that uses coins. We would highly recommend this condo to others.

Awesome location!

Amazing location in Telluride! Only downside was it was HOT. Some windows didn’t open and one bedroom didn’t have screens on the windows and they opened right to a shared patio (not a huge deal, but couldn’t leave the windows open at night to cool the room down). There were plenty of fans to use in the rental though. Overall, a pleasant stay with unbeatable location.

Great Place Close to Gondola

We had an incredible stay in Telluride! The location of the condo was perfect—literally just a one-minute walk (maybe two if you're in ski boots) from the Gondola. It was conveniently situated above a liquor store and next to several fantastic restaurants, with a market and the rest of downtown just a short stroll away. We didn't even need to touch our rental car the entire week!The condo itself was well-equipped with everything we could have needed. The kitchen was a highlight, complete with a Nespresso machine and even an Instant Pot. The only minor downsides were the lack of a fireplace (a small thing, but something we missed) and the WiFi speed, which wasn’t always the fastest. Luckily, I was able to head over to Telluride Brewing for a beer and a bit of work while using their WiFi—so it turned into a win-win!Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!
