About this property

Trinity Studio Apartment

This apartment is fully self-contained with a sunny (in summer) patio with seating. There is also a herb garden to use.

You can use the car park, and all of the space around the apartment is fenced off. I live 5 mins away and am in my stained glass shop (In the same building) from 8.00 - 4.30 pm weekdays.

All the main attractions and amenities are within walking distance. In addition, a boutique craft brewery and cafe is only 150 meters away. There are cafes on all the nearest corners and a playgroundis only 2 short blocks away.

Walking is recommended to save on parking in the city. There are also regular buses passing due to the handy location should you wish to explore further afield.

The studio was truly lovely. It had the feel of a real home, where someone has lived and added the small touches that make a place comfortable and practical. It was also very well equipped, much better than the average short term rental. Brent, our host, was super friendly and caring. The studio is next to his business, so you can check in easily with questions. Loved our stay there—a 20 to 25 minute walk to the centre of Christchurch.
