Welcome to our modern and stylish one-bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Christchurch Central. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city.

Your own home away from home, it offers a comfortable space, with everything provided. Private and secure with a separate entrance, and a keypad for late/early/self check in.

FREE WIFI and Netflix, and near the bus stop.

The townhouse features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is modern and includes a fantastic shower.

We provide wifi, basic toiletries, and all linens and towels. Parking is available on the street outside the townhouse.

We provide a portacot and high chair if you're traveling with a little one.

You'll love the location of our townhouse, which is just a short walk away from the city's best cafes, restaurants, and bars. We're also just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, Canterbury Museum, and the Avon River.

We like to give our guests the space to enjoy their holiday, so we'll minimize any in-person contact or check-ins. However, we're always available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

A great place to stay. Clean, tidy with good facilities. Was nice and quiet when I stayed. Easy walk into town.Had an issue with security during my stay, but host said it would be rectified and was a one off. Otherwise great communication from host and I highly recommend.

Close to CBD (2-3 kms), 2 storey unit, kitchen/lounge perfect for our needs. Bedroom/bathroom ample room, washing machine/clothes line if required.If we had one point, parking is on the street but everyone in the complex has the same problem, still ample parking available but within close proximity to unit.We enjoyed our 4 days there.

A great 1 night stay, spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed and good shower and bathroom ! We didn’t use the kitchen but all looked good. Easy walk approx 20mins into cathedral square in the evening and Hagley gardens next morning. Would recommend.

The apartment was perfect for us! We stayed for 4 nights while we were in-between moving house and it had everything we needed. It has a well equipped kitchen, washer / dryer and plenty of parking on the road. Alicia was always there if we had any questions and had excellent communication.
