Decent house that's conveniently located close to Downtown Denton and the UNT campus. Host was incredibly communicative and had wonderful suggestions for us. Owners went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.

Everything was fine, except for the house smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Several of the people who were there were very affected by that.

Good overall. Check in and checknout times were bad (early checkout, late checkin). Cleanliness was good. Yard fence had holes blocked, which was good. Supplied basics (towels, shampoo, etc.) and had a reclining bed which were nice.
