Not exactly clean to the standards most stayz rentals are. And I’ve used quite a few, my wife’s account included. It’s someone’s regular home And it’s feels just like that. Feels like you are sleeping over at your friends house. Which is ok because the location and proximity to town is 10/10. Make sure you confirm the unit number before arriving as the website points directly to the neighbours house and let me tell you he is not a very happy Chappy at all. Made the “check in process” very awkward and wrong.

Thanks for your feedback. It is indeed our regular home, and I've just updated the listing to make that clearer so it doesn't come as a surprise for future guests. I understand that a place that's lived in may feel different from one that's not, but is cleaned thoroughly before guests come in. I welcome a private message with any specific cleaning issues you noticed so that I can sort them out - thanks!
Also, thanks for alerting us to the problem with the address. I was eventually able to track this down to the incorrect address showing in google maps and have now worked through a process with them to fix it! I have also described which unit in the welcome pack so it will be super clear going forward. I'm really sorry you had that awkward interaction on arrival.
About the host

We are a family of four who live in Mansfield during the week and out on our farm in Warrenbayne on the weekends and holidays. This is a family home so not as ‘empty’ as some exclusively accommodation units! There are sometimes Guinea pigs free-ranging in the backyard - which many children of guests have enjoyed!
You are welcome to use seasonings and staples from the pantry but we ask that you replace any other food you use - thanks! We will also leave some of our homegrown Pukawidgee lamb in the freezer and you can help yourself - enjoy!
