Amazing ocean view Waikiki Banyan condo with free parking!
This condo has super nice ocean view and FREE PARKING!
I just started managing this unit and I am not in Hawaii now so it is ready just basics but this is why I am renting it so cheap. I will be coming back in couple weeks and will make it ready.
New flooring installation is scheduled for mid August. I will also beware buying new TV, new TV stand, new couch as well. Pictures will be updated.
It is a proper one bedroom condo. 3rd person might fit but he would need to sleep on the mattress. Please inquire about it.
There is work going on in the pool area so it is closed now, so not usable.
