If you are looking for a place to stay downtown that is in the middle of all the action, this is the place for you! The unit is located right next to the baseball stadium above an area with lots of restaurants and bars. We were able to walk everywhere in a just a few minutes :)

Hi,
Thank you for staying with us and for the review. We're glad the location put you in the middle of the action—right next to the stadium and above so many restaurants and bars—and that you could walk everywhere. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
Perfect location for attending a Bengals game. Right in the middle of the action. Restaurants and a convenience store right around the corner. We could hear the music from the bars. I didn't bother us but just be aware.
Location is awesome, condo was clean and well stocked… minus missing a coffeemaker which I believe was listed as an amenity. We had a bit of a problem with parking code initially but Cozy suites handled promptly. Do yourself a favor and make sure you make arrangements for parking prior to your stay, as parking in this area is pretty scarce. Other than that we loved the property would certainly book again if we plan another trip to area. We were in town for a Reds game, super close!!
This was a one of the best accommodation spaces I’ve have a had in a really long time, very clean and the host responded within minutes. We got parking secured late notice (my fault) but they made it happen. The instructions were a little confusing but we figured it out. People were friendly and we didn ’t have to go far to enjoy ourselves in the Banks area. The arm of the couch was broken upon arrival so we didn’t utilize the living room area. Overall great place I would book this every time we visit.
Location was perfect for a weekend in Cincinnati. Easily walkable to Andrew Brady Center and all The Banks. Amenities were sparse and some of the furniture needs repairing. Be aware that there is no coffee maker so if you want coffee first thing you’ll have to walk to get it. Because it was late fall we did not use the pool so can’t comment on that.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
The check in process is grueling and has way too many flaws. The apartment is in great location BUT the bar music below is very loud and can be heard til 1-2 am.Everything else was fone
The place was great, the directions were bad. The address to the parking lot were wrong and the address to the condo were wrong. However the place itself was nice.
