Other things to note
• The fridge does not beep when left open, so please double check that it is closed properly after opening.

• The washing machine may be loud for some guests when used over night so we advise only using it while awake if any guests are sensitive to noise during sleep.

• Though it’s extremely rare, there is a chance of construction nearby the property and we aren’t given notice prior. If this happens during your stay, we are unfortunately not able to compensate as it is outside of our control.

• No parties or events. This is strictly enforced. Our neighbours include families and elderly people, and any excessive noise will result may result in them calling the police. It can quickly become a costly and stressful situation for the guest responsible. Please do not book this property if you're planning to host a party.

• For security reasons, the garage can only be opened from the inside of the garage and not with a portable remote.
