I was born and raised in Newcastle & bought this gorgeous historical home in 1997. My wife & I have made all restorations to make Varcoe House what it is today. Our dream always was to open our home to others to enjoy and celebrate special occasions such as showers, wedding & family celebrations.

Varcoe House is in such a fantastic location in Newcastle, Walkable to all pubs, restaurants, LCBO, grocery stores, Shoppers & locations which often have special events such as weddings such as the Newcastle Town Hall & all churches.

What makes this property unique

Varcoe House is a perfect backdrop for brides, grooms or family/friends to get ready for a special event such as a wedding. The rooms & garden make a gorgeous back drop for those special pictures which will capture the moment.
The Chefs kitchen is perfect for those who want to prepare or bring a chef into the house to cater a special dinner which can be enjoyed in the stunning dining room which easily seats 14.
