About this property

Romantic village house - picturesque location, extensively renovated

The romantic village of Bunyola is situated at the foot of the scenic Tramuntana mountains. Bunyola is a perfect starting point for hiking and biking tours. Palma and beaches are just 20 minutes away by car.

The village House no. 11 is located uphill on a stone staircase in the old part. The living area is approximately 80 square meters on three floors. (. 1 Floor dining room / kitchen / patio -. 2 Floor work / living room / bathroom. 3 Floor bedroom and roof terrace).
The house is well over a hundred years old, rustic and romantic. With great effort, it was completely renovated in 2019. It is equipped with washing machine, gas stove and a satellite TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, ie Fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, gas stove, etc. are available.
Bathroom: The bathroom has been renovated very elaborately / shower, toilet and two sinks.
Bed room: This room has a 1.6 m wide double bed (very good mattress) and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Dining room: Cosy bench to rest, large dining table, sideboard for dishes.

Nice towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided.



Additional notes: Shopping - In the village there are two large supermarkets. Highly recommended (even for the purchase of Baguette / the croissants for breakfast!) is the baker opposite the church. Saturday is market day on the skin square outside the church.

Fish is the best place fresh (8 km) away, turn left before the church at the grocery store in Santa Maria. The SYP market is located in Santa Maria on the big Placa. On Sundays, there is a very nice market.

Restaurants: In Bunyola are small bars and restaurants opposite the church (top restaurant fish and meat Atlantic Grill). At the exit (direction Palma) is a pizzeria serving excellent Majorcan and Italian dishes.

At the C 711 towards Soller is a well frequented restaurant about 1km nch.
On the road to Santa Maria is located about 5 km away an old mill with an excellent (German-led) Restaurant Moli des Torrent names, but a bit high priced. Preorder advisable.

Many and good are the deals in Port de Soller (z. B. Restaurant CasPages - Mallorcinische kitchen with great view of the overhead deck on the harbor, it Traves 14).

Charming house

The house is absolutely beautiful, it has everything that we need. The location is perfect, around the corner from my mom’s house and the main plaza where you find the traditional bars and restaurants. We will be back!!! Thanks Sven

Le logement était super et bien situé avec tout à côté. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un belle endroit. En revanche, je ne peux pas faire abstraction de l’accueil que nous avons reçu dès notre arrivée de la part d’une voisine, je le précise car cela pourrait arriver à d’autres. Les lignes jaunes ne interdisent de se garer, étant arrivés aux alentours de 3h du matin, nous nous sommes garer au plus proches et ne dérangerions personnes. Le matin en retournant à notre véhicule, on s’est pris une amende ( justifiée et que nous acceptons) et nous nous sommes fais alpaguer par une anglaise nous disant de rentrer chez nous accompagné d’autocollants nous disant de retourner d’où nous venons. Après son départ nous avons remarqué une rayure de clé sur une bonne partie de la voiture.Cette dernière a récidivé en collant d’autres autocollants à la porte du logement ( je précise qu’elle se trouve en bas du village et non dans les maisons voisines). A la suite de cet incident l’hôte a été à l’écoute,a demandé des nouvelles lors de la suite de notre séjour n’étant pas sur place il ne pouvait rien y faire bien entendu. Nous avons porter plainte au commissariat de la ville dans lequel nous avons été écoutée et bien reçu malgré la barrière de la langue. Hormis cet incident nous avons passer de bonnes vacances et nous vous recommandons ce logement car il est convivial et comme sur les photos, de même que l’hôte est sérieux et soucieux de ses locataires.

Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und Sven – die Kommunikation war freundlich, die Unterkunft sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es am ersten Tag eine Situation, die etwas gestört hat: Es waren fremde Personen im Haus, obwohl ich die Unterkunft gemietet hatte und dies auch kommuniziert wurde. Leider zeigte man sich davon unbeeindruckt. Danach verlief jedoch alles reibungslos, und der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Sven konnte für die Situation nichts. Deswegen würde ich das nicht als Negativpunkt bewerten, jedoch fande ich es wichtig zu erwähnen , da es eine etwas bizarre Situation war. Ich würde/werde trotzdem gerne wiederkommen! :)

10 sehr schöne Tage in Bunyola

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein gelungener Mix aus Moderne und der ursprünglichen Substanz. Im Haus und Ort ist alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guter Standort

Das Haus ist sehr authentisch mallorquin eingerichtet, alles Wichtige ist da und funktioniert.Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort, Bunyola bietet alles, was man/Frau braucht. Netter Bäcker, ein paar Restaurants und eine sehr gute Lage für viele Wandertouren.Die Anleitungen in Haus könnten etwas genauer sein bzw. sollten überarbeitet werden. So fanden wir ein neues Parkhaus im Ort erst nach zwei paar Tagen. Ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung wurde von Sven über einen Elektriker vorort schnell behoben.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wanderurlaub

Wir können dieses charmante Dorfhaus gerne weiterempfehlen. Sogar im Februar könnten wir auf der Dachterrasse sitzen und die Aussicht auf Bunyola und die Berge genießen. Das Haus ist stilvoll renoviert und bietet prima Bedingungen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat jederzeit und zeitnah reagier.Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Wunderschönes, typisch spanisches Haus

Toll renoviertes Haus

Semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison pleine de charme et très atypique. La rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de goût et il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Compliqué de garer la voiture à proximité immédiate (attention aux amendes !) et beaucoup de marches pour accéder à la maison et dans la maison même, vaut mieux être en forme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Notre hôte a été très arrangeant et bienveillant. Je vous conseille +++ ce petit coin de paradis.

Süßes Haus in traumhafter Kulisse

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in Bunyola. Ein kleiner & noch sehr ursprünglicher Ort, fernab der ganzen Touristenmassen. Leckere Restaurants, ein super Bäcker und kleine Supermärkte findet man im Dorf, Palma ist nur 20 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist schnuckelig & mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse in die Berge war unvergesslich. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Bunyola

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Bunyola - in dem gemütlichen und mit viel Geschmack eingerichteten Häuschen! Dank der Klimaanlage konnten wir es trotz hoher Temperaturen sehr gut aushalten. Auf der Dachterrasse lassen sich gemütliche Abende mit einem Gläschen Wein verbringen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Das Bad wie auch der Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz und Verstaumöglichlkeiten. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts - sogar Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Föhn und Strandhandtücher standen zur Verfügung! Sehr schön ist zudem, dass man nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß gehen muss, um einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, einen Bäcker oder eine Gaststätte vorzufinden. Lediglich eine kleine Eisdiele haben wir vermisst. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war kein Problem. Wir hatten jederzeit Platz auf dem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz im Dorf. Der Vermieter Herr Streichardt war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps und Empfehlungen bzw. half uns bei Fragen etc. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Äusserst angenehmes Ferienhaus

Superschön renoviert, sehr ruhige Lage, in der Nähe von Palma aber auch der Serra de Tramuntana (superschönes Wandergebiet), alles vorhanden was man für erholsame Ferien braucht, bequemes 1.40m Bett, der Vermieter Sven war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist manchmal schwierig, ein Dorf-Spaziergang hilft jedoch dem Verdauen :-). Wir würden vorbehaltlos wiederkommen!

Tolle Zeit in Bunyola

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im toll renovierten Haus in der Altstadt von Bunyola. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Toll ist auch das (wenig touristische) Leben im Ort mit Bars und Restaurants. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen ist man bestens versorgt.

Utterly Brilliant

What an enchanting place. Every room was beautifully decorated creating a welcoming and restful space. This wasn't just a charming apartment but a well appointed, organised and wonderfully situated one as well. The view from the upper patio - there are a few patios - offers wide vistas of the surrounding mountains. The neighbourhood is just what you hope for when staying in a small Spanish town - higgly piggly stone cottages nesting on steep terraces with labyrinthian footpaths tumbling down from the hills into a very handsome town square. Brilliant and a world away from where we come from. A real experience.

Beautiful quiet space in the mountains

It was such a treat to be able to stay in this beautiful home. Bunyola is beautiful, quiet, and well located on the island. Loved quiet evenings on the terrace watching the sun set over the mountains. Very clean well maintained property with everything you need for your trip. Access to restaurants, grocery, hiking all within walking distance, but I would definitely recommend renting a small car so you can see the whole island!
