The accommodation in Markham was ideal for my stay in Greater Toronto. The basement apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all of the main amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Soroush was an excellent host and was very welcoming. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for good accommodation in the Greater Toronto area at a reasonable price.

It was clean and cozy. Only issue was the people upstairs started getting very active around 11pm until 2:30am each night. We were there for 3 nights and the heavy walking and noise took place during those hours each night.

Not much of a vacation spot. Being woke up at 3:45 each morning but the rental tenants upstairs. Perhaps put some soundproofing in.

The amenities and my Host. The room was as described and the full kitchen was excellent even though I did not use it much. I arrived during an ice storm and the walkway was icy and I told my Host that I had put down some table salt, just to let him know. 10 minutes later he had heavily salted the walkway and all around my car. His care was unexpected and he went out of his way to ensure I was safe, thank you. Very quiet area and super clean & comfortable bed. I recommend.

The basement VRBO was extremely cold to the point of very uncomfortable. Also very noise from upstairs in middle of night. Host did not respond to request to turn air conditioning off
