Additional security deposit may be required and would NOT be refunded if house rules are violated.

Excellent location

There was a slight blip in the self-check in procedure due to maintenance that occurred that day. Arthur was extremely helpful however and responsive to getting it corrected ASAP. This was not the unit I reserved online, it was substituted on the day of check-in. Excellent location, steps to Scotiabank Arena and Union Station. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Location was perfect

Location was perfect, apartment we stayed in was very nice and had a really nice view of downtown Toronto. Only downside to the stay was that we didn’t get the property we originally wanted or booked. The owner had failed to let us know that the property we booked was under renovations, we had found out the morning of check-in. The owner set us up at a different property he owns. It would’ve been nice to know in advance that the apartment was under renovations and redirected to his other properties to look at instead of being told this the morning of arrival. Despite that, the apartment was still very nice, very clean and no complaints!

Great stay steps away from everything in the entertainment district.

Very comfortable stay and had lots of amenities close by. Had a change of apt from the original listing due to renovations but this apt was perfect with amazing views. Relatively easy check in but would not recommend arriving around events at Scotiabank Arena as traffic is very hectic. Overall would definitely recommend staying at thurs property.

Stayed for 8 days ...convenient, clean, arthur was easy to work with. Only bummer for me was I was looking forward to the west view towards the needle and sunsets. Guess that unit was flooded..... I work real late and east facing was bright in the morning..... not a morning guy. Otherwise was good

Didn’t get to stay in this exact property because of a flooding issue but Arthur made it right by offering a two bedroom property very close by. It was sparkling clean and had all the same amenities. Location was perfect. Close to union station the cn tower and the harbor. Would definitely come back.

Everything went very smoothly. Garage parking was great. Just loved the balcony with the view. Our only one is issue is we wished there was a few more blankets. My friend slept on the couch (which isn't a pull out). Had we known, we would have just brought some bedding. Would stay here again if I need to come.back! Thank you 😀

Fantastic stay!

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with this rental. The condo itself was clean and provided everything we needed. We can’t rave enough about the location for the things we wanted to do. Almost Everything we had planned was pretty much in reasonable walking distance. Additionally, the views from the condo were stunning! Our correspondence with Arthur prior to and during our trip was fantastic. He was quick to respond, was very accommodating as well as helpful. We highly recommend this rental and will rent again if we journey back to Toronto!!!

We were not the easiest of guests as our schedule was originally challenging (arriving at midnight) which got more challenging because of unpredictable and intense weather conditions. We needed a place for our car after the checkout time. Arthur was so gracious and accommodating through every shift and need. The view is breathtaking!! The location is INCREDIBLE - so much within walking distance!The parking garage is very secure and easy to navigate. We cannot wait to come back!

Arthur is a great communicator and that helped with finding the condo and getting our car parked. The condo unit is clean and in a great location, if you are looking to be close to attractions and nightlife. It was nice to have the kitchen for breakfasts.

Great location with a lovely view in the Entertainment District

This is an excellent location for attending hockey or baseball games, located approximately half-way between both Rogers Centre & Scotiabank Arena, which is a mere 5 minute walk to each. It's also walking distance to the aquarium and CN tower, and a quick walk to gain access to the underground. The apartment itself is well-apportioned with most everything you may need for a stay, including pots & pans, a full-sized fridge, wifi, and a TV with streaming capability. Having an indoor parking spot was a plus too. The only negative I can find is that the bed pillows were rather thin, so you may consider bringing your own pillows from home. All-in-all, the owner was very accommodating & helpful, check-in went smooth, and I would definitely stay here again.

If you are in Toronto for business, then you are just 5 minute walk to the financial district. If you are a sports fan, you have Rogers center, Air Canada Center just a block away to enjoy your favorite Raptors, Blue Jays or Leafs games.
