Once inside, this is a fabulous rental. To enter, you go through several door enclosures and tight, steep, winding stairs. Pack lightly (hauling a full sized heavy suitcase gave us quite the workout!). If there was a fire, we did not see an additional egress so this part was concerning (especially given the entry and stairs). The place has been remodeled well, and this old house is beautiful on the inside. The kitchen is not well outfitted for cooking, but given our fire concerns, this was not something we ended up doing. The window ac units kept the place cool. if you are on the taller side, watch your head for the dormers. Parking on street was very easy. This was a great location for our daily treks to and from Union college, Schenectady center and day trips around NY, MA, and VT. Jayden was responsive with our questions.
