We are not checking out until July 6th but I want to do the review while it was on my mind. The cabin is beautiful and has everything families need view is great and it’s very peaceful it was nice and clean . Neither of the air conditioners down stairs worked , the hot tub which was one of the sell g points was not hooked up at all. We think the septic needs pumping because you can see and smell the leakage and it takes three flushes to get the toilets to flush the smell is awful if you are sitting on any of the porches. Even with the few minor issue we enjoyed our stay Deborah Culbreth

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful cabin. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance concerns to our attention. The hot tub is not yet installed and isn't currently advertised in the listing, but we're excited that it's coming soon! This is the first time we've been made aware of any issues with the downstairs A/C units, and we're following up with our maintenance team to inspect them right away. We're also looking into the septic concerns you mentioned to ensure everything is operating as it should. Thank you again for staying with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another mountain getaway once the hot tub is ready!
