**As your health is our priority, we carefully clean and disinfect the apartment between each guest. All hard surfaces and areas of high contact are treated with products approved by public health authorities. **

room, and two single beds in the Den.

✽ A complete bathroom with a shower.

✽ A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, glass stove, oven,

✽ Microwave, quiet dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, Complete
cooking utensils. All you need to prepare your meals.

✽ Flat TV in the bedroom, another one in the living room.

✽ A full closet, safe within the Main Suite.

✽ Bathrooms are stocked with shampoos, conditioners, hairdryers, and
bath products for a few days. We provide one set of bath towels per
guest (Shower towels, not for the beach).

● RESORT FEE:
$ 40 x day x apartment.

Which includes:
✓ Beach Service, 2 lounge chairs on the beach x apartment x day. (The
beach umbrella is rented, we recommend bringing your own or paying
20 per day for the umbrella to the hotel staff located on the beach)
✓ Access to the swimming pools, solarium, and hot tube.
✓ Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. That is free of charge.
✓ Ice vending machines in the hallways

● REGISTRATION FEE:
$50 (one time only).

● PARKING FEE:
$40 daily (Maybe the hotel offers discount for long stays)

-That's not optional if you park at the Resort, and it's not included in the rate.
It varies according to the number of days of your stay.

● PET FRIENDLY: Bring your furry friend along! Additional charges apply:

Pet Fee: $10 daily for 1 dog, $20 daily for 2 dogs. Inquire for extended stays.
● CRIB: Need a crib? A Pack and Play crib is available upon request. Fee: $50.

● BEACH SERVICE: Enjoy two lounge chairs included with your room. Beach umbrellas are available for rent per day, or feel free to bring your own.

● POOL SERVICE: Please note, outside drinks are not permitted in the pool area as per hotel policy. Only beverages purchased within the designated area may be consumed. Additionally, consuming drinks near the poolside is prohibited; they should always be kept near your chair or umbrella.

* People under the age of 21 are not allowed without being accompanied by an adult.

* Your dog is welcome. It has an additional charge of $ 10.
