Private driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles, plus nearby street parking. Close to **SkyTrain, Surrey Central, shopping, restaurants**, with easy access to Downtown Vancouver and the airport.

PRIVACY
Guests have full private access to all guest areas. The lower level contains a locked theatre room and a private host suite with a separate entrance. The host does not share any living spaces with guests.

THINGS TO KNOW
Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM
No smoking indoors. Exterior security camera is located at the entrance only; no indoor cameras. Check-in instructions are provided 1 day before arrival.

Light meals with registered guests are welcome. No parties or events, DJs, loudspeakers, outdoor gatherings, or amplified sound. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Events require advance approval and may incur additional fees.

We respect your privacy while remaining available via VRBO messaging, text, or phone whenever you need assistance.

Turn off all lights and heating before leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pls do not use the stove or the dishwasher in the main kitchen. → Instead, feel free to use the fully equipped spice kitchen for cooking and cleaning.
Pls do not use the coffee machine built into the refrigerator system. → You're welcome to use the standalone coffee machine for your convenience.
